Customer Service Manager
We are a local natural retailer seeking an experienced manager to lead our customer service team. This job is an opportunity to coordinate the front end, store events, social media and offer support store wide for all things customer service. We are looking for someone with a passion for organics and local foods and interest in the natural foods industry. Full-time position, nights and weekends required.
Requirements:
- experience managing, training and supervising staff
- proven ability to schedule, prioritize and organize department deliverables and facilitate team communications
- positive attitude, consistent performance, fast paced, team player, charisma
- interest in natural foods and organics
- experience working in grocery store or retail setting
- available to work full time including nights and weekends as needed
