Cafe Manager
We are seeking energetic, outgoing; reliable Cafe Manager who is passionate about organic and local food, awesome espresso drinks, hot food service, and customer service. This is a hands on supervisory role of our in store Cafe. The ideal candidate will lead and operate our cafe program while motivating and providing cafe staff with the tools required to ensure the highest level of service quality and consistency possible to the Common Crow shopper. The Cafe Manager will work alongside the Kitchen Manager to meet all department objectives and goals.
