- 2+ years experience baking in a professional setting; pastry experience a plus
- passionate about food, organics and cooking for diverse dietary needs
- ability to follow recipes and sanitation procedures
- demonstrated ability with basic knife skills and knife safety
- flexible availability to work shifts between 6am - 9pm
- great attitude, love to do everything well, fast paced, team player
- excited to join the adventure of creating a great new store
- reliable, consistent, and eager to learn
