Requirements:
- experience managing, training and supervising kitchen staff
- proven ability to set goals, menu plan, order, cost recipes, schedule and role model team communications
- positive attitude, consistent performance, fast paced, team player, charisma
- experience and interest in cooking with natural foods and organics
- ServSafe certification and deli or market prepared foods experience a plus
- available to work full time including nights and weekends as needed
