We are seeking a Produce Assistant to join our Produce Team. This job is an opportunity to work with organic fresh fruits and vegetables, learn Common Crow standards for produce display and care. The job includes receiving, heavy lifting, working in refrigeration, executing proper sanitation practices, culling and properly handling produce. Full-time position, early morning, nights and weekends required.

- ability to lift 50-60 lbs and work in wet and cold environments
- demonstrated ability to safely handle box cutters and knives
- flexible availability to work shifts between 6am - 9pm
- great attitude, love to do everything well, fast paced, team player
- excellent customer service skills
- excited to join the adventure of creating a great new store
- reliable, consistent, and ready to grow
